The best collectives from Almaty, Pavlodar, Taraz, Astana, Petropavlovsk, Tomsk and Karaganda took part in II International Central Asian Jewish festival of children's and youth creation, which for three days passed in Karaganda. As the representatives of small assembly of Nations of Kazakhstan noted - this festival is one of the brightest events conducted in the region and devoted to forthcoming, 70th anniversary of Karaganda region. Due to policy carried out by chief of state, assembly of the nations of Kazakhstan, Akim of the region in our multinational edge is much done on revival and development of traditions and cultures of all peoples, which occupy ancient land of Sary-arka. The alive certificate to this became this festival. Conceived by the organizers of the given measure, as a first step in creation of the long-term educational program of development of children's and youth creation, the festival became really traditional.

Undoubtedly, the realization of such festivals promotes creative growth of the young performers, perfection of their professional skill, revealing of new bright talents. Here not only the new contacts between the people and organizations are established, but also the Jewish communities of all Central Asia become stronger. As a sign of consolidation of the strong intimate and sincere relations the representatives of small assembly handed over the participants from Tomsk two-volume edition - "Sary-arka - cradle of friendship".

As noticed the director of Karaganda branch of Hesed "Miriam" Bella Kamenetzkaya – now our children deal with the popularization of Jewish art. These young quivering creatures in remarkable bright costumes with fervour and daring perform magnificent dances and songs. Above immense open spaces of the Kazakhstan land sound familiar and unfamiliar before a melody of the Jews of the whole world. It is very touching! The guys do it at such high professional level, that it takes our breath away, and hearts of present are overflowed with pride. This holiday was held due to efforts of Irina Kozhanovskaya - director of a festival and Karaganda Jewish Community Centre "Shamash", and also sponsors: the president of Jewish Congress of Kazakhstan Alexandr Mashkevitch and President of Association of the Jewish National Organizations of Republic of Kazakhstan "Mitsva" Alexandr Baron, and also with assistance and support of the American Jewish Committee "Joint", regional Akimat, Small Assembly of Nations of Kazakhstan.

It is significant, that the Winner of many international competitions and old friend of Hesed - orchestra of the Kazakh national instruments, under the direction of Marat Majitov opened a final part of a festival.

There were many versatile issues and each one was in its own way good. The spectators with delight met prompt Hasidic dance of the representatives from Tomsk, and excellent vocal of Almaty inhabitants, did not concede to them and artistry of Karaganda inhabitants… In a word, on this holiday there were not loser, and therefore it would be desirable to wish and in further all participants of the international festival of constant creative inspiration, happiness and welfare in our common house!
