In  ewish Cultural Centre of Kostanay the next portback election meeting passed. The members of a community have elected the new chairman of JCC. Well known to Jews of the region Peter Rubinshtein became a chairman.
Already some years Peter successfully supervises over Kostanay branch of charitable Jewish organization Hesed. Now his work has received a new estimation - community has put him in the head of the local National-cultural centre. The people see in the new chairman the man capable adequately to represent their interests.
During portback election meeting community also has voted for new structure of government and has selected an auditing commissio
