In Pavlodar started a festival of national cuisine. Art of cooking of food - is one of most ancient on the earth. During centuries the people, were guided own experience and experience of previous generations, chose the most successful combinations of products and developed rational receptions of their preparation. The habits and predilections for the certain dishes at the different peoples developed during long time that has resulted in creation of national cuisines becoming the integral part of national culture.

In peace-loving Kazakhstan live side by side friendly people of different nationalities. It testifies that interosculation and interference of national cuisines always was and will be further. For example, a typical dish of the Jewish cuisine is the stuffed fish. In the old cooking books (for example, "Skilled cookbook", issued in Voronezh in 1864) it and refers to as "fish on Jewish". Now stuffed fish became the integral part of many national cuisines. At the Jews living in Byelorussia, the large popularity the dishes from a potatoes use, some of which on technology of their manufacturing remind dishes of the Byelorussian cuisine. For example, Jewish dish - latkes, and in the Byelorussian cuisine is draniki. That Jews, as well as Germans, have "strudel", and that favorite khala is Jewish national dish.

On a festival together with the Jewish centre showed the skill restaurant "Noah's Ark". The special gratitude is expressed to the director of restaurant "Noah's Ark" A.D Ephremyan, which undertaken all charges on preparation of dishes.

Lina Savchenko performed a song "Jerushalaim". The vocal collective "Nigun" presented songs "Shalom", "7.40", "a Song of grasses", "Lekha Dodi".

In the statements deputy Akim of Pavlodar region Rysta Zhumabekova deputy Akim of City Victor Berkovsky Chairman of the Jewish National-cultural centre Faina Svechinskaya spoke that all of us, Kazakhstanians - representatives of different nationalities, at our common dastarkhan, always ready to accept the visitors in amicable family of the peoples always ready to come to the help to each other.
