 With the gala-concert of creative collectives of the national-cultural centres in Pavlodar finished the tenth city festival of culture and arts devoted to 15th anniversary of Independence of Kazakhstan.
During November pavlodarians came in Palace of culture on concerts of the original musicians, vocalists, dancers of creative collectives of NCC of city. For past years many from them have got  popularity from the spectators. The national Ukrainian chorus, consort of Tatar-Bashkir NCC "Miras", Chuvash "Sespel", dancing Greek ensemble "Agapi". Were not less grown fond to pavlodarians creative collectives of Jewish Community Center, each holiday pleasing the townspeople by the bright talented performances.
The original festival programs prepared the amateur actors of suburban villages Pavlodar, Kenjekol, settlement Leninsky. The winners were awarded with the honorable letters and money premiums.
