 The festival of national cuisine of the peoples of Kazakhstan devoted to 15 anniversary of Independence of Republic of Kazakhstan continues in Pavlodar.
Yesterday, ritual, celebratory and everyday dishes presented for tasting to the colleagues from Small Assembly of Nationsof Kazakhstan of Pavlodar area the Jewish national-cultural centre "Merkaz".
The Jewish cuisine has most ancient history and features, about which has told to the visitors the leader of Jewish NCC Faina Svechinskaya. The preparation of meal is arranged with various conditions and taboo. The people on an extent of almost six millenniums created system of a healthy balanced diet. And everyone, who tasted fish, meat or confectionery dishes, will agree that they also are very tasty.
The representation of the Jewish foods prepared by the members of association "Merkaz" was accompanied by melodious music and songs in performance of creative collectives of NCC. The visitors wrote down the recipes of the liked salads and unfamiliar viands and sang known for everybody song "Sholom".
As more representatives of the peoples of our country know about customs and traditions of the people, living near, as more rich becomes culture of their common motherland - Kazakhstan, noted Faina Svechinskaya.
