 In Pavlodar passed II annual forum of NGO of Pavlodar area. The second year running participation in a forum takes Hesed "Rachel". Getting acquainted with work of not governmental organizations, Hesed searches for the adherents, partners, potential sponsors.
On Forum the results of work NGO of area on eight directions were discussed: preventive maintenance drug addiction and AIDS, informal education, remedial activity, ecology, sex equality, public health services, social protection, and youth. And also the questions on cooperation and necessity of association of opportunities, social and resource potential NGO for achievement of real partnership of state and not governmental sectors were discussed. The participants of a forum have noted positive steps made by the state in the field of development of dialogue, expressing in acceptance of the Program of state support NGO and development of legislative base of activity NGO.
In a forum, alongside with the representatives of NGO of area (61 organizations) have taken part: the assistant Akim of area, director of departments of public health services, culture, education, agriculture etc.
