 In our city, as well as in other cities of Kazakhstan, quite often there are families, to which the community would like to help, but not always can. To pleasure, for family D., committee "Joint" and Hesed could come to help them in time.
She is unwed mother - of pre pension age, without a constant place of work. She lives with chance earnings. There are four children in a family: the senior daughter, which brings up the child alone, and three children of school age. They all live in the owner-occupied dwelling, which needs to repair a roof, heating and much another.
Before the family was found by the representatives of Hesed, children did not study anywhere. People quite often saw them in streets of Shymkent, begging. One of the daughters, 15-year's Ocsana, studied in a boarding school earlier. But … It has turned out so, that there the girl had
a conflict with the classmates. The child was beaten, and the mother took away the daughter from a boarding school.
The representatives of the children's program "Etgar" have tried to understand a situation. The child already half year anywhere does not study. The attempts were undertaken to arrange Ocsana in evening school, but without the documents her there do not take. The documents from a boarding school do not give out the mother on hands, say that they were lost. Other children do not have even birth-certificates. The mother also lives without the identification card.
In family rather frequently there is nothing to feed even the kids. Therefore Hesed each month cares of, that they received a food package and vitamins. The social worker Irina Chibisova constantly visits this family. And recently, thanks to "Joint" family was helped in purchase of beds and mattresses for children.
