All Jewish holidays are invariably connected with a history of the people, they testify to events of the past. And Sukkoth - is one of three holidays (Pesakh, Shavuot, Sukkoth), when the Jews made pilgrimage in the Jerusalem temple. It has the special place among the Jewish holidays and is a holiday of a nature, holiday religious, and holiday of the special pleasure.

Sukkoth is celebrated in the autumn. Therefore this holiday of the picking up of a harvest of grain and grapes. One economic year cycle is finished and the following begins. This holiday expresses close connection of the Jews with the country and with the history.
It reminds of wanderings of Jews in Sinai desert, after they have left Egypt, 40 years went in searches of the Promised Land. Pass years, fly the centuries, one generations are replaced by others, but was for ever fixed in Hebrew for a word "tent" "Sukkoth" its saving meaning which is the main attribute of this holiday.

This holiday our community celebrated on a nature, having gone outside the city. The perfect autumn, warm, solar day promoted celebratory mood.
All basic attributes of a holiday were observed, the prayers are read and made blessing on a bouquet consisting of four kinds of plants symbolizing all people of Israel, its established from on high unity, responsibility for each other, hope , that sooner or later, but everyone will return to life on the laws of the Creator.
After t hat obligatory religious ritual began solemn meal with congratulations and best regards. Cheerful and rested, the members of Taraz Jewish community came back home. But on it the holiday Sukkoth was not finished, as it lasts the whole week, being finished by a separate holiday Shmini Atzeret and Simkhat Torah.
We wish a happy continuation of the holiday to all Jews of the planet!
