The set of measures, including evenings - conversation devoted to history of the Jewish people was dated for Day of Jerusalem in Taraz Hesed. Evenings were conducted by the librarian of Hesed Ida Bukina. During meetings she in detail told that from times of Tsar David, Jerusalem was the main spiritual centre of the Israelis. In May, 1948 after the establishment of the state Israel, Arabs managed to grasp east part of Jerusalem, in which there were most sacred for the Jews place. But as a result of six-day war east Jerusalem was released. It has taken place on 23 Iyar 1967. And May 26 children, youth and the adults with pleasure watched film about sacred ground of Israel.

   But the main gift of Hesed to Community on the Day of Jerusalem became a tour organized at coast of the river Assa. Here people had a wonderful rest, having stored up fresh energy. Most brave have opened swimming season. Someone collected herbs, someone "on good luck" searched stones with apertures, hollowed by water, and listened to the stories about wise Rabbi Akiva, who spoke about such stones: "If small drops of water could the stone hollow, then strong, as steel words of Torah, necessarily can facet my alive heart".

   This day everybody with pleasure congratulated and birthday people, and sang songs in Russian and Hebrew, together with the leader of a circle Helena Dratzkaya, danced together with Maria Koroleva the Jewish dances, drew and even have shown statement: "from generation to generation" put by the leader of the children's programs of Hesed, which also has told to children, how keeping of the Jewish traditions helps the man in life, as it is important in Shabbat to reconcile with all and to forgive in soul offended you.

  The members of community were very pleased with tour. This day the guys and the adults said many words and gratitude to the director of Hesed Helena Dmitrieva.
