At drama theatre of Aktobe opened the fifth theatrical festival "El ishi - oner keneshi", devoted to 75th anniversary of area. The organizers of a measure, which will be lasting for two days, acted regional management of culture and regional house of national creation. The purpose of a festival – was revealing of a priority direction of development of modern scenic process, expansion of a network of amateur collectives, opening of new talents and another.

The first regional theatrical festival has started in 2001 and was devoted to the International day of theatre. Since then have grown and achieved success many amateur regional collectives. Two amateur theatrical collectives and six national theatres take part in a present festival, in particular, at the Jewish national-cultural centre, of Irgizsky, Mugalzharsky, Bayganinsky, Hromtausky, Shalkarsky, Wilsky areas, amateur collectives at Alginsky House of culture.

As has noted the chairman of jury, head of a department of national creation and of cultural - leisure activity of the Ministry of culture and information of Kazakhstan Kozy Ilyasov, the similar festivals give the large push to development of village culture and amateur theatrical collectives, which in due course can get the status of national theatres.
