November 30 in Almaty will start three-day Forum of the Jewish youth of Kazakhstan. The participation in forum will take the representatives of 13 areas of the republic. The given meeting - is new step in formation of a circle of the young leaders of a community. The step, which is done on the initiative of the young people. The organizers only help the Jewish youth to receive not simply hypothetical representation about vis-a-vis, living in different cities of huge republic, but also to help to adjust direct contacts.

Started 2 years ago, at all-round support of committee "Joint", the program Young leadership today is experimental represents an independent, viable and perspective part of life of a community of Kazakhstan. And everything began in Almaty. The workers of Jewish Community Center "Rimon" conducted the survey which allowed defining interests, purpose and task of the Jewish youth of city. Then on everyone responded and interested, the questionnaire was filled. The guys were invited to seminars which are carried out in Almaty by the representatives of JDC. And each seminar was an original selection stage for revealing the potential leaders capable to carry away with the ideas others.

With such young leaders further began work the most experienced Kazakhstan psychologist. During a half a year the trainings and conversations were conducted. The psychologist prepared a team, each member of which, remaining the person, effectively worked in group.

Then young leaders were offered a course of fundraising. The guys occupied in work with funds and writing of the projects necessary and interesting to a community today. The similar activity pushed youth to an unusual, interesting, progressive step - realization of Fair of the social projects. There were presented 14 ideas which reflected 14 directions of work, connected with the various parties of activity of charitable organizations of Kazakhstan: Hasadim, Jewish cultural and youth centers.

After Almaty the regions were gradually connected to the project. The trainings, seminars were carried out. Board of youth club of the Jewish community of Kazakhstan was generated. Have begun to pretend in life the projects created by youth. And, in May, 2007 Board for the first time has collected youth on republican meeting in Almaty.

But the time does not stand still, again Forum collects youth. Each of the young leaders is not simple the representative of the region, the guys have passed a long way, having deserved a recognition of a community, having shown on business, that can and want to build the future of the Jews of Kazakhstan. The people in the age of from 18 till 35 years from 17 cities of republic will take part in meeting. At this stage for the guys it is extremely important to learn maximal about life of other communities, others, not similar to their own. To find out, what their adherents all over the world breathe with.
