Since 14 till 22 of spring month Nisan the Jews, wherever they lived, celebrate a holiday of liberation of the Jewish people from slavery. Clearly, as we could not be away from such important event and all structure of club "Retro" came on Pesach Seder. The age of our "girl and young men" of club is from 60 up to 80 and elder and decision to celebrate it was accepted unanimously.

The contents of the read reports and messages was various enough - from strictly theoretical developments of Alexandr Abramovitch, Alexandr Mashkevitch and Alexandr Yarkov, which has taken an attempt of understanding of some aspects of the Jewish history, and up to the brief biographies of the people, which made important enough contribution to development of Kazakhstan.

The recommendations of rabbi, of the chief of Institute of study Judaism in CIS Adin Shteinzaltz were very useful to us and Seder for the not religious Jews we carried out, as it is necessary. The history, laws and customs of a seven-day holiday Pesach are already well known to us. But we have decided to freshen them in memory and conducting Galina Lipker once again reminded us, as it is spoken, "everything about Pesach". She spoke about meaning of this holiday, how it is necessary to meet it, what is necessary for Seder, with what fill keara - and what mean all six symbols on ceremonial dish. According to traditions of our ancestors, Seder, naturally, included: 4 glasses of wine, Matza in all kinds, story about an exodus from Egypt, celebratory meal, also have not forgotten about a glass for Iliagu.

The festival of Pesach dishes and competition on best kosher dish from Matza, vegetables also has promoted our mastering about solemn actions. Each member of club tried to make best and tasty. And what a table set!!!

Here were and tastiest, delicate chickens, some versions of "motze-bray", three kinds of "kneydlah", pie from Matza with a vegetable stuffing, the cakes "ekler" (also from matze-mel) with white egg cream, pie from our Jewish bread with a lemon, buns from the appropriate flour with a fruit stuffing, apples, mandarins, oranges … Your mouth is already watering?

But main, that giving credit for corporal, we, first of all, spoke about spiritual: about, why the Jews leaded by Moses have left the Egyptian captivity, how the Exodus affected birth of the Jewish nation, why the Jews not only cried for pleasure, having received freedom, but also experienced for the Egyptians, on which the Most high sent a punishment. Also have not forgotten about Ten Commandments given by the God to the Jews, and becoming necessary to all people.

And also there were songs and verses, dances and jokes. Actively participated all and in quiz on the best knowledge of customs and traditions of a holiday Pesach. Impression is such, that lovely our women "unburdened their hearts" on " the complete coil ".
