On the threshold of Rosh-ha-Shana in Jewish Community Center of Almaty was held handing of the certificate of merits. They, on behalf of the Euroasian Jewish Congress (EAJC), were transferred to the organizers of a festival of children's and youth creation "FREILEHE KINDER" by the president of Association "Mitsva" Alexandr Baron.

Among awarded were: Irina Revenko (creative director of a festival), Larissa Brodskaya (coordinator of a festival), Alexandr Abramovitch (coordinator of the programs "Traditions of the Jewish people"), Helena Levina (organizer of a gala-concert in Astana), Olga Torf (financial director of a festival.). The director of a festival Irina Kozhanovskaya "for the contribution to development of the Jewish culture in Kazakhstan" was awarded with a medal of EAJC.

The festival, third year pleasing the members of the Jewish communities of region, became center of cultural life. This is place of meeting with creation, with the friends, with original culture of the Jewish people. On "FREILEHE KINDER" it is always warm and very comfortable. In many respects it is a merit of the organizers aspiring to foresee and obviously to solve any contradictions, to outstrip problems, to answer difficult questions. "FREILEHE KINDER" is capable and further to be a center of national-cultural life, stimulus for the further development, and also disclosing of creative potential of young generation. And more, it gave a powerful pulse to development of youthful and youth Jewish movement in Kazakhstan.
