The Jewish congress of Kazakhstan, Euroasian Jewish Congress, American Jewish Distribution Committee "Joint", Association of the Jewish national organizations of Kazakhstan "Mitsva" invite to participation in the Third Central-Asian International Festival of the Jewish children's and youth creation "FREILEHE KINDER" the talented guys. The festival will pass in Karaganda, from June 28 till July 01.


The festival "FREILEHE KINDER" is carried out for theatrical, musical and choreographic collectives and performers of the Jewish communities and Jewish organizations of the Central-Asian region. It is conceived for realization of the program of development of children's and youth leadership, Jewish creation. The forthcoming Festival is supposed to be lead with a condition of observance by the participants of the special rules providing performance of products by one of sub ethnic Jewish groups (songs or dance), and also performance of number on the state language. In this connection on places is provided the realization of the whole cycle of preparatory measures, organization of additional classes on acquaintance with various directions of the Jewish culture, and, accordingly with history of the Jewish people as a whole and history of the Jewish people in Kazakhstan.


In frameworks of "FREILEHE KINDER-2007" the realization of the second gala-concert in Astana city is planned, in this connection the chiefs of delegations are offered to consider an opportunity (if such exists) departure home in evening of the first of July from Astana. Attention: the dates of realization of a Festival can be changed according to your wishes! We wait your offers in the nearest future. This year the organizers offer the participants three nominations:
• Music: the soloists, instrumental ensembles, vocal
• Choreography: the soloists, ensembles
• Theatrical art


The necessary sound and lighting equipment is given to the participants of a Festival. The steering committee incurs the payment of expenses for stay in Karaganda (residing, meal) participants during the days of a Festival. Transport on Karaganda is given to the participants only within the framework of the schedule of a Festival, for travel on rehearsal, concerts, in hotel from station and on station, only on group.
