In Almaty Community Center "Rimon" the set of remarkable clubs works, in which people of different ages and interests feel comfortably. And not so long ago, the collective of the centre had idea to create the project, which would unit for some time all together. And what love both adults and children? Tasty! The culinary competition "Golden neck" has attracted attention at once of four generations of a community. The organizers of competition became the workers of Community Center Inessa Chugaynova and Olga Drobnokhod.

The main condition of competition was not only preparation of a traditional Jewish dish "stuffed chicken necks", but also to learn to this growing up generation. In a result six teams - only 20 men gathered. Each team was unique on the structure and approach to business. The age of the participants changed from 6 till 84 years old.

At last culinary masterpieces were exposed in a hall of Community Center, which was decorated with the citations from the book of Igor Guberman "Culinary midrash". The competition passed in warm conditions, children of community center have prepared for the visitors fancy-dress sketch and dance. The competent jury under presidency of the member of Board of Association "Mitsva" Eugenie Mirzayev, and also Natalie Dmitrieva, Inessa Chugaynova estimated not only appearance of a dish, but also, certainly, its gustatory qualities.

The first place took a team under the direction of Lilia Sparberg. Foreman performance has not left indifferent anybody. The opinions of jury and spectators absolutely have coincided.

Team of Galya Lipker and Mila Tokar prepared computer presentation and two kinds of stuffed necks, filled with forcemeat with addition of Matza and liver. This team has won became first at once in two nominations - "For the best presentation", "For the best decoration of a dish".

And if the senior generation used in preparation the ancient recipes, in youth teams was showed the tendencies to creativity. The family team Trokhimchuk under the direction of the mum Natasha also created a small miracle. The culinary abilities of Natasha are well familiar to all community center. She frequently gives a treat to youth club with her pies. This time all family participated in preparation of a dish. This team has won in nomination "Continuity of generations".

The team of Irina Berseneva consisted of children and youth. They have offered to use in forcemeat mushrooms, thus, having given a traditional dish new taste and contents. Unfortunately, Irina could not participate in the competition, but Kostya Berseneva very competently answered questions of jury connected to preparation of dish. The team won in nomination "Communication of times".

In nominations "Young talents" and "Amicable team" has won a team consisting from three young hostesses Yana Fisher, Ellina Yakubova and Zhenya Chugaynova. They independently without the help of the adults have prepared and wonderfully decorated the dish. All the present remembered and original presentation.

And one more remarkable family participated in competition. The mum - Manto Regina and her small daughter Luisa. Regina with pleasure prepares dishes inherent to the Iranian Jews. This team has won in nomination "Variety of the Jewish cuisine"

Outside of competition acted Katya Grinstein, which has made a gift for all present - dish under the name "Hen in jelly".
