With spring guest tour Youth orchestra of the European Union arrived in Kazakhstan. In Astana and Almaty the young musicians under the direction of the world famous pianist and conductor Vladimir Ashkenazi have given two tremendous concerts of classical music in the best halls of the country, in which merged the European classics and Kazakh melodies. The concert programs have passed under personal patronage of the head of our state Nursultan Nazarbayev and with assistance of Ministry of culture and Akimats of Astana and Almaty.

Before to tell about a concert, it is necessary to tell some words to address of the orchestra won outstanding musical reputation and becoming in one line with the best orchestras of the world. EUYO was based in 1978 by Lionel and Joy Brayers. It consists of 140 executors representing 25 countries - members of the European union. To become the musician in it is not so simple: each year passes serious competition, during which more than from four thousand candidates of all Europe select only one hundred musicians in the age of from 14 till 24 years. The participation in this orchestra gives the large push to the actors - almost all of them in the future build successful musical career. EUYO is financed by the European Union, and also governments of 27 countries - members of EU.

There is one more rule at an orchestra: it necessarily goes on tour on those countries, whence its musicians come. This year the route of the young talented musicians passed through Kazakhstan and it means that for the first time are included in structure of EUYO four young Kazakhstan musicians. They could pass rigid selection round. It is the students of Academy of music and conservatory named after Kurmangazy - violinists Ayna Asanalieva, Aynur Aydarkulova, Olesya Pervushina and contrabassist - Nurlan Dvesov. For them to play in this orchestra has appeared the large honour and perfect professional experience, they admitted. According to the professionals, they by nothing concede to rests.

Before arrival in Kazakhstan the actors visited in Germany, Switzerland and Italy. The concert in Astana was held in a new Opera hall of Palace of the world and consent. The evening began with performance by the musicians of hymns of Republic of Kazakhstan and European Union. Then the musicians have pleased the auditory with magnificent performance of twelve minute product "Legends of steppes" of the Kazakhstan composer Tles Kazhgaliev, which have studied to arrival in the country. And after sounded classical products - of Motsart "Concert Rondo ", of Waxman " Carmen Fantasy ", after a short interval - great German composer Richard Strauss " Don Juan " and suite from an opera " Der Rosenkavalyer ". Together with the visitors were the soloist known violinist, people's artist of Kazakhstan and actor of the World, rector of the Kazakh national academy of music Ayman Musokhodjayeva and talented pianist, winner of the international competitions Amir Tebenihin.

After end of tour round in Almaty Vladimir Ashkenazi told:

– I am happy, that all concerts in Astana and Almaty passed successfully. The head of representation of the European commission in Kazakhstan Andrian Van Der Meer has noted that this orchestra - is vivid example that cultural cooperation has no borders. Today in this hall of Kazakhstan and European Union were uniform.
