He had left on front from medical institute, was wounded. He returned to native Leningrad, where continued study in peaceful days. His dream became truth he became the surgeon. In far 1950th he has arrived on distribution together with the young wife Ekaterina in the Kustanay area. They began in Uritsky district. In Kustanai Perepletchikov became soon one of the leading surgeons of city hospital. To him and to other experienced doctor Ivan Korshikov aspired to get on consultation and operation the majority of the patients. The people knew, that Ruvim Perepletchikov will be if it is necessary, to be on duty at the night at bed operated patient and will require the same attitude of all personnel of hospital.

About his adherence, selflessness the former colleagues and former patients, friends, neighbors, representatives of the Jewish community spoke on the evening of memory in cafe "Cascade". We keep contact with Ekaterina - favourite wife of Ruvim Perepletchikov, with which he has lived more than 56 years. Two daughters, four grandsons, four great-grandsons. One of the grand daughters continued a dynasty of the doctors, works as infectious diseases specialist in St.-Petersburg.
