On the threshold of republican forum of youth in Kostanay Hesed was conducted the meeting of the Jewish youth of area.

Since early morning at office of Hesed began to gather the people which arrived from different corners. The guys got acquainted with each other with pleasure, spoke what was interesting for them, shared with news. In Hesed came both and habitues, and the beginners, which found out about existence of welfare Jewish organization. By eleven hours everybody gathered. The meeting was announced open.

With the young active workers met volunteers of a community Alla Gafurova and Lydia Kazakevitch. They told to gathered people about the Jewish culture, about life of Diaspora, what distinguishes us from each other and what common we have. The lecturers spoke with youth about the famous Jews: the doctors, writers, great scientists, and people of a science and art, many of which were honoured with rank of the winners of the Nobel Prize. Alla Gafurova separately told about keen Jewish humour, thus having recollected Ilya Ilf and Eugenie Petrov, Arkady Hayt, Gregory Gorin and others. It was not done and without jokes, which amused everybody.

The young people had a talk with the chief of the religious program Vladimir Lyakhovetsky. He acquainted the gathered with a history of the Jewish people, with customs and Traditions. Vladimir Lyakhovetsky told about holidays of the Jewish calendar, about their main symbols and attributes. The important part of conversation became conversation about Torah, religious symbols and attributes. The participants of meeting set questions about The Wailing Wall, Menorah, custom to light candles on Hanukkah, about meaning and origin of such symbols as "Shield of David". On each of these questions, which have arisen at the young people, Vladimir Lyakhovetsky gave the detailed and interesting answers.

After the lunch in Hesed series of trainings on disclosing own "I" and revealing of leaders qualities was conducted. Trainings were conducted by the psychologist Julia Grigorova, which is the active member of a community.

Three hours, during which passed trainings, flew imperceptibly. Here were psychological riddles, and the written tasks, and task of creative character, in which each participant of meeting could show himself and learn something new about itself and friends tell what is he interested and excited in the modern world, to tell about the plans. As result of these trainings it is possible to title, begun to develop amicable collective of the adherents and friends. Everybody exchanged with telephones and addresses.

At the past meeting the young people could closer get acquainted and with the workers of Hesed: director Peter Rubinstein, chief of JCC Eugenia Parkhomenko, Coordinator of the children's programs Eugenia Logvinenko with the Operator of a database Tatiana Simonova. The team acquainted youth with work of Hesed, answered their interesting questions.

Summarizing meetings, the participants made the decision on the eve of a forum to gather once again in the same structure.
