The great holiday Rosh-ha-Shana, when each Jew addresses to The Most High by all heart and soul.


Rosh-ha-Shana in Kostanay Hesed - is most favourite holiday. It begins in the autumn, when the country season and summer holidays are finished, when the adults and children have had a rest and gained strength. Begins, when it would be desirable to see the friends, to tell them kind words and to have a drink a glass of wine and most important - to weigh the acts and to think, what was made and what is missed.


Met the visitors the coordinator of the religious programs Vladimir Lyakhovetsky and director of Hesed Peter Rubinstein. The Jewish music, congratulation, joke, laughter, compliments to each other sounded. Everybody was invited for a celebratory table. The magnificent menu, there are a lot of fruits, sweets, apples, honey, tsymes, "fish head". Vladimir Lyakhovetsky announced a beginning of a holiday Rosh-ha-Shana.

Ninelle Berelovitch lit the candle, read blessing, and the story about Traditions of a holiday began. Spoke much about mercy, about validity and help to each other. The hall faded when Shofar begun to trumpet and really, these sounds without words and melodies, has penetrated in heart of everyone. After lavabo and the pronouncing of blessings have begun to celebratory meal.


Vladimir Gershun, Marina Slojenikina, Helena Fisenko, Peter Rubinstein, Ninelle Berelovitch; children: Mark Zaborskih, Xenia Slojenikina, Anya Fisenko - made wishes of goods and health to all present.

Our vocalists - Anya Fisenko, Xenia Slojenikina and Nastya Palant performed beautiful and melodious Jewish songs. The guys from youth club Slava and Andrew Polivtsevs played cheerful sketch "Bees". Quiz "What I know about a holiday Rosh-ha-Shana" was conducted - winners got sweet prizes. And still Jewish melodies long sounded, there left old year, came Tishrey of 5768 year.
