Exposition of gramophone records with songs of nations of Pavlodar area is opened in Shafer's house-museum, where the collection almost from 30 thousand plates and audio records is stored. The professor Shafer, dear member of the Jewish community of Pavlodar, more than 40 years is engaged in search and collection of rare records.

At an exhibition there are disks with records of kuys, included in "Anthology of Kazakhstan music". The Ukrainian national songs are by gramophone plate with a song "Choboty", issued more than century ago, in 1906, Russian music is represented by a disk "Sacred Russia", recorded to 1000-anniversary of christening of Russia. At an exhibition it is possible to listen to songs in Yiddish and Hebrew, Azerbaijan and Armenian songs, Byelorussian "Pesnyary", ancient Jewish and Greek, Korean and Polish, Chechen and Ingush, Tatar melodies and dancing music.
