 We, Jewish community of Petropavlovsk, live in the North of republic of Kazakhstan. We express the hottest gratitude to "Joint" Committee, everyone, who carries out noble work - helps the old men, invalids, unwed mothers … - parts of our people distributed over the all world.
 With ocñurrence in city of Hesed, it became easier and surer to live. So it is important to know, that there are unusually noble people on this light, which think, care and are divided by the means with us, needy, requiring in the moral and material help. Due to the help Joint Committee is created, and exists Hesed "Ephraim". It is our second native house, leaded by Svetlana Makarovskaya.
 We feel warmness and care on these Siberian cold days, having received the Winter relief. The warm blanket warms not only body, but also our souls, heart. Each of us tender sincere thanks to committee "Joint", especially those who are bedridden, to wheel chair - the help of the program "Home care" is invaluable.
I, Zinaida Sedelnitskaya - 81 years old, thank for all rendered help. And also - Bella Slinina, Eugenia Granovskaya, Margaret Bunyak. Commandment "All Jews are responsible for each other" is embodied in life.
