 The members of the Jewish community of Semipalatinsk visited arrived to us from Karaganda a mobile exhibition "Color of time". The opening of an exhibition was held in a city museum named after the Nevzorovs family.
In an exposition were submitted the works of the subjected to repressions Soviet artists, among which were V.Eifert, graphic artist L. Gamburger and R. Grabbe, painters P. Frizer, S. Ivashev, E. Rosengoltz. When the organizers of display did not manage to find works of the Karaganda period, they replaced with their best products of the authors created in different years.
Practically all artists, of which the exhibition "Color of time "has reminded, got on ground of Kazakhstan not at the will, and by virtue of the usual vital circumstances. Many of them devoted to this edge all their life, others left the trace, in due course having returned in native city. The difficulties and deprivations, reprisals and camps have not broken them, and gave a new push to creation.
The works submitted at an exhibition do not differ fairy likeness of paints, they amaze with the vital truth and nobody leave indifferent.
