The Jewish community of Semipalatinsk deeply grieves about heavy loss. Left from life Flora Kaplun. She was kind, intelligent and full of zest woman. In spite of, set of problems, condition and absence of an opportunity freely to move, Flora Kaplun always kept abreast of life of the Jewish community of Semipalatinsk and actively participated in it. She wrote perfect, vital, verses about the Jews, Jewish life, about war, lyrics. It is possible to see versatility of interests of this surprising woman and in her pictures. The light memory about Flora Kaplun for ever remains in our hearts.
