Long-awaited summer has come. Bright sun, singing of birds - everything adjusts on rest. Most dear for us are children! And on the first day of a summer for them the various measures were organized. And, how this day has passed, guys will tell:

"My name is Valera Averchenko, I am eleven years old. June 1 I with the brother Dima and sister Julia came in Hesed. We liked very much, how at us the Day of defense of children passed. At first for us was organized quiz "How do you know the Jewish Traditions?" We in eager rivalry answered questions, and the winner among us became Arina Kou. Then we prepared for a festival, which will pass in Karaganda. Everybody very much would like, that the statement at us turned out interesting and spectators liked it. The parents and kids were the spectators, and gave us advice. We danced and sang, and then went to park, where have seen a lot of interesting. We liked much large trampoline "Aladdin's lamp", on which we jumped, were rolled on slides and received mass of pleasures. Also we drove machines, where we overtook each other and collided. Everyone was very pleased and happy, well having had a rest. The great thanks to our sponsors, Hesed of Almaty, director Dmitrieva Helena and teachers Koroleva Alla and Maria.

"Our names are Maria Koroleva and Yuri Nalivayko. At last, longawaited summer has come, and its first day dropped out on Friday. In Hesed passed Shabbat for youth. Traditionally it began from lighting of candles by Hayunya Grinberg and Kiddush, which read Artem Krenev. And then we sung Shabbat songs. The director of Hesed Helena Dmitrieva congratulated us on reception of the Diploma "For the best presentation", on a theme "Courses of computer competence with the further study of information in business". We have told to the guys, how together with the coordinator Koroleva Alla in the long evenings worked on the project, about the trip in Almaty, where represented and protected it in an improving complex "Mountain sun". Then we listened to the coordinator of the children's programs, her legend "a Victory above ourselves". She has given a parting word to all participants of Shabbat, on achievement of new vital tops. At us the reliance of our new victories appeared.

We like to act on a stage. So we gave a concert in a military unit, and it was very pleasant, that there soldiers meet us very warmly and loudly applauded. We very much hope that and on the International festival our performance will be successful. The huge gratitude to Hesed of Almaty, sponsors, coordinators of the programs, for the huge done work at realization of this measure, and also our director Dmitrieva Helena that she believed in us, having charged us such serious business.

It is wonderful, that in our country such attention to our youth is given. You see it is perfect, that children can develop the talents, grow spiritually and perfectly spend free time, considering Hesed as our second house. How it is wonderful, that there is Day of Defense of children, which brings them so much pleasures, that there are kind people fond of our new generations and caring about them. Let the G-d give all of them health and wellbeing.
