And again members of club Young family gathered in Hesed. And young people always have a lot of questions, and this time speech was about conditioning to the cold, you see, so to say, there is a time for all things, and if not to train child in the summer, in winter to him it would be impossible to avoid many diseases. The chief of the children's programs Alla Koroleva has told to the parents about medical sources, about therapeutic mud baths, and, despite of that children are very small, it is not necessary to make of them hothouse plants. And the young mum Alexandra Svoboda told, how three-month Cristinochka, after she was ill, has advised to bathe in a medical spring which is taking place near ancient city Aulie-Bastau. The parents long did not dare to do that, but, when, at last, they made up their mind to bathe, they noticed, that the child began to feel much better. And the state of health of the adults too was improved. Since then spring became a favourite place of bathing of family. Then Alexandra showed how correctly to make massage to the little child.

And psychologist Lilya Davletchina conducted with the young parents the test of the parental relation. She has found out, what prevails in the attitude to children. You see the acceptance of the child promotes high-grade development not only person of the child, but also strengthening of his physical health. After that the psychologist conducted conversation about salutary influence of a nature on mental and physical well-being of the child. The further plan of work with the young parents was planned.

And in one warm August day for our young families the departure on a nature was organized. The adults and children bathed in a spring, in drifting "geyser" of "dead" water they left the illnesses, and collected health in "alive" water, made three drinks and made wishes. Then we have raised on a mountain, which from ancient times is named Aulie-Bastau - sacred Main Mountain. Then the participants of trip have set off to lake - therapeutic mud bath. It met the visitors as large as life. The flights birds of passage rose upwards before young families. Children did not cease to laugh, and adults were blissfully happy.
