 It should be desirable to express intimate gratitude to the American Jewish distribution committee "Joint" and "Mitsva" Association for magnificent organization of a seminar for the coordinators of the program "Children's initiative ". A seminar, gathered together representatives of Uzbekistan, Kirghizia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Russia, and Kazakhstan it is first of all opportu-nity to hear each other to learn about what problems today disturb the colleagues.
This seminar has opened for us - the employees of the children's programs - large pros-pects and directions of social - psychological work with families, taught to the new forms of work. It is interesting, that in translation from Hebrew a root of a word"seminar" is translated as "heard".
 How many problems were stated by the coordinators of the programs in work with sharply eedy families! And, Thanks the G-d, they were not only heard, but many of them helped to solve such remarkable coordinators - Simone Spac-Safran, Eugenie Tartakovsky, Oc-sana Stefan.
 Thank to the perfect teachers: Zaltsman Irina, Alexandr Smagliy, Sverchkov Nicolay and others. The special gratitude to Head office of Almaty, Alexandr Baron, Natalie Dorman that in our souls they have sown seeds of kind eternal and perfect, and these seeds necessarily will give fruits in hearts of our children and parents.
