Once in Taraz Hesed the elderly woman has come. However, she receives each month at us food package. And she has come and burst into tears. It appears, to her arrived the son with two children. The daughter-in-law has died, left children the orphans, they have no clothes in earnest, and more it is necessary to feed them, to bring up, and that woman had no more health absolutely. And all children are ill. What to do? The son began to drink, it became absolutely difficultly.

Hesed has decided to help family. We have begun from most necessary - from warm clothes, blankets and medicines for children. Then we began to invite children in Hesed. When Artem and Marina for the first time came to us, they quailed very much. The eyes at both were sad, children talked a little even to the coevals. Soon with the guys the psychologists of Hesed began working, at first Galina Saharova, then, Rano Almazbekova, later Irina Ivanova-Platonova and Olesya Saloid.

The time went, children grew. But problem did not become less. The community prepared to the II Central-Asian Jewish festival of children's and youth creation "FREILEHE KINDER". Artem was included in number of the participants, but suddenly has ceased to occur on rehearsals. We went to his home. It's appeared that the gate in the house is not closed, are broken. And Artem stayed as the watchman, besides he was busy with construction. On shoulders of the child fell hard problems. The father at work, and grandfather has appeared in hospital - wounded a leg, the infection of blood began, and it should be amputated.

It was a pity to look at the nice man, which lays on a bed with the amputated leg - we got into conversation, I felt for him gave him, presents. The face of the grandfather lighted with smile. And then spoke, how it is important, that the child had happy childhood, how the forthcoming festival is important for Artem... You see the boy and truly, can, he has received the diploma, became pride of Hesed and native.

To our pleasure Artem soon again has come in Hesed. He looked very tired. But we have gone in Karaganda, acted on a festival, and it is true, the guys have brought home not only diplomas, but also sweet prizes! After almost a year, Artem again and again tells about this trip, about a victory in dance-drama competition, about performance at theatre named after Stanislavski and about many others.

How our children are joyful, when by winter they are given a warm jacket, blanket, when bear home food or hygienic set, when receive the receipt for heating! How they are pleased, when receive school accessories and clothes. How much they are happy, when have an opportunity to attend Children's camp, to go to have a rest on mud bath or medical source, to participate in excursions on monuments of olden time, to visit Aqua park, theatre, when become the main heroes in realization of Day of Birth! How, it is wonderful, that they become the organizers of a holiday for the elderly people, showing the erudition in knowledge of the Jewish traditions, skill in drama and dancing art!
