Yesterday in an exhibition hall of Hesed "Polina" the exhibition of water colours of known Almaty artist, member of Union of the Artists of Kazakhstan Yuri Shneiderman "Flight continues". This is - already 141 exhibition of the artist - devoted to Day of Independence of Kazakhstan.
Yuri Shneiderman is the foreman of a water colour landscape. The subjects of his works are various: landscapes of Kazakhstan, beauty of cities, difficult roads of war, still life, flowers and much another. In total on an opening day was submitted about 40 works.

Here became fresh. And all this is merit of water colours of Yuri Shneiderman.
Yuri Shneiderman was born on June 1, 1926 on Ukraine. In Almaty lives since 1948. He is married, has two daughters, grand daughter. In the past - he was officer of the Soviet Army, veteran of Great Patriotic War, later - engineer machinist worked for 35 years at a factory named after Kirov (Alma-Ata).
To take a great interest in water colour painting Yuri Shneiderman began in the beginning of 60th years XX century, working on a factory. In 1964 carried out the first exhibition in one of cinemas of Alma-Ata.
His works are available in funds of many museums and private collections of cities in 30 countries of the world. His first instructor was the remarkable artist and outstanding teacher A.M. Cherkassky - professor of painting, with which Yuri Shneiderman communicated in 1965-1967 years.
Yuri Shneiderman many years takes a great interest in poetry and bard song. In 2002 there was his first book " Water Colour and guitar ", devoted to boys and girls of 40 years which protected by self Motherland from a fascism.
Yesterday at an exhibition there was presented a new book of the author "Revelation or three meetings with Ayvazovsky ".
Exhibition will be prolonged till December 10.
