Not exactly the usual collection appeared in Republican Jewish library of Kazakhstan. It is the book, not prepared by serious publishing house, not the typographical edition but these are memoirs of the people which survived war and evacuation, assembled in Pavlodar Hesed "Rachel". They wrote down them, collected and printed. Hana Lobchenko basic "engine" of this project premised to the collection such epigraph:" It is necessary to use past, as a torch for illumination of the future ". Andokid (ancient Greek orator).

Hana Lobchenko made the great work. It was necessary to talk to everyone, someone she persuaded to write, someone's stories wrote down. The employees of Hesed and volunteers helped her. The important business was made. She writes in the introduction to the collection: "People, survived in evacuation, as well as soldier unfortunately, decreases from year to year. Who will tell to our children and grandchildren about childhood, scorched by war? "

And you see she is right!

For certain in Kazakhstan Jewish communities, and in friendly associations emigrants from Kazakhstan living now in other countries of the world, there are elderly people, former children within war and kept memoirs on those tragical days - evacuation (or flight, if lived in frontier areas) and years of evacuation in Kazakhstan. It is good, if they have written about it, having recollected subtleties, "smells", nuances of an atmosphere of those years, meeting; characteristic the then important "trivialities", life, attitude(relation) with the local inhabitants, then children's sensations and perception(recognition) of general(common) events kept sometimes very sharp and detailed supervision.

And to make that it is necessary, not delaying. If for the various reasons someone is not capable independently to state, to write - youth can help - the action is worthy. It is necessary to try all these nuggets of memory to collect and the Memoirs from the first person - are invaluable; you see it is already leaving history absolutely leaving, and in such perspective(not the boring facts and figures) its separate pages can be restored and kept for isues only by the people past, seeing, survived absorbing its pain, cinders, suffering, loss. It by nothing is erased, not eclipsed and up to the end of life is not blocked.

Action is noble and very necessary.

In Kazakhstan the first steps - are already made the book " Evacuation in Kazakhstan ", prepared by the chief of historical club Isaac Grinberg together with the Central State archive of Republic of Kazakhstan is issued, where many documents on this period are assembled and separate memoirs (our newspaper had already written about it). All these materials will be kept for the future in the Central State archive of RK, which workers very much support this plan. And if there is an opportunity - then will be issued in the separate collection or as addition to the book" Evacuation in Kazakhstan ".
