In edition of a site www.mitsva.kz came the letter from pensioner Nina Ushakova. Nina is in the Jewish community of Astana 10 years already. She is the person who has worked for 55 years as HR manager of Gorvodokanal. Now she is 80 years old and she, being a client of Astana Hesed gets the help. Here is her letter: I would like to express the large gratitude to a management of Hesed Astana led by Helena Levina. Thank them for care, attention, understanding and love to us, old men. We need it much.

I am very pleased, that I was attached to the certain shop - I always have an opportunity to buy what I need. Thanks for that. In Hesed I get lot of attention, help in purchase of medicines. Thanks for things, towels, detergents, for all that good that is done for us, pensioners by the workers of Hesed. I wish to all workers and volunteers of Hesed prosperity in work, successes in your noble business.
