In the Israeli city Aful the concert was held in honour of celebrating Day of Republic of Kazakhstan organized by Embassy of Kazakhstan in Israel together with Association emigrants from Kazakhstan and Central Asia.

The concert hall on 650 men was full. The Israelis, former citizens of Kazakhstan and countries of CIS, and also representatives of state organs, diplomatic case and Israeli MASS-MEDIAS took part in a measure.

The performances of 30 known and young Israeli actors and collectives, ensembles of ball and national dances were included in the program of a concert. Also the photo-exhibition was organized and the films about Kazakhstan and Astana were shown.

 - Republic Day is one of the most important state holidays of Kazakhstan, - noted the Ambassador of Kazakhstan Galym Orazbakov in the congratulatory speech, - But not all now remember, why this day is so important for our history. October 25, 1990 actually opened the first page in a history of independent republic. By the deputies of the Supreme Board, that time still Kazakh SSR the document was signed, which has put a beginning of independence - Declaration on the state sovereignty.

This document, as a matter of fact, became the first act of republic and became a basis of the Constitution of our country. The declaration has proclaimed Kazakhstan as the sovereign state, which "has the right to act as independent object of the international relations, to define external politics in the interests, to participate in activity of the international organizations.
