Winter was especially cold this year. Average temperature kept -20, -25 degrees almost all time, and sometimes frost came up to -35, -39 degrees. Even old resident of our city don’t remember such cold for a long time. It is the large charge of fire wood and coal for many clients. Though we receive "winter relief" annually, but it was especially urgent and appreciable this year.

During all three months of winter, we regularly received the help. Hesed supplied us by coal, fire wood. We received woolen plaids, quilts, furnishing, etc. Undoubtedly it is significant help for the pensioners, needy, for incomplete families, and economy of the family budget.

It becomes warm simple from the kind treatment; when somebody remembers you and cares of you. We see the tears of gratitude in clients' eyes. We thanks for Hesed and Joint Committee for help, which we receive during these years.
