To see the tidy dressed man, come in a well-groomed apartment, come in a beautiful, cosy office is pleasantly, it gain over. I wish examine more, to take an interest, find out much, especially, if it all is connected with subject and contents. What this organization is doing? To whom it belongs?

All of us who connected with our Hesed, irrespective of who are we: an employee, volunteer or the member of community made much according to our lights, and may be more, because this home is native for us.

But all the same, there are priorities, better to say, initiators. They may be one or two, and more, because everyone is leader in the Jewish family. The leader is the one who is able to do something. The leader is person who can estimate.

In our community all leaders turned out from one family. The three in one, as in jest they are called here.

It is wonderful, kind, sympathetic family. The husband Anatoli Shapovalov is the member of Union of the artists of Kazakhstan, the member of artists association, his spouse - Izolda Abramovich gave to the plant "Science" all her born days. Son Yuri followed in his father's footsteps - professional artist. The artists speak about him: "He is a "cool" artist". So, I explain, why they are three in one: they are able to do all together, they help each other, they can praise themselves, they can estimate themselves, well, they criticize themselves, to a full dish. The daddy tells off son for the selection of colour scale, son tells off daddy that his "the school is obsolete", and the Jewish mum tells off both.

Everyone, who enters to us, standstills in foyer - two corridors are ornamented. Here is whole Israel, its nature, landscapes, menorah, Torah, Chanukiah. There is even own the Western Wall!

And it not only is delightful, professionally, but also economy. When we got apartments for Hesed, it was little money for reconstruction and repair, not simple little, but least. I remember that before to buy drying oil we had rang up some shops and if in any it was cheaper on 5 tenge we went there. Same was done with wallpaper at community center, library and corridors. We took the cheapest, but it was impossible or almost impossible to change them: under the wallpaper wiring passes, signal system. Yuri Shapovalov and we bought washable paints, and the problem disappeared itself, a speck appeared, we washed, wiped. And it is for a long time. Yuri assures that it is almost 10 years!

Everything that Anatoli and Yuri Shapovalov draw, we keep carefully. The pictures are updated and added by Purim, Pesach, Rosh-ha-Shana, Chanukah. We try to hang out everything at design, whether it is cafe or Hesed, it is truth, there isn't a place at Hesed already. All is filled from offices to library, and people look at it, as if they see all this for the first time. There is even Sukkot, which we spend outdoors, somewhere in a picturesque surroundings and we make out by the pictures of the Shapovalovs.

Separately, it was possible to write about the mum - Izolda Abramovich. Better to write about her in new clause, but family isn't divided. Youth club, children's group, theatrical circle - everywhere Izolda is, even Shabbat needs to hold, and Izolda is here again. Something is necessary for kitchen; please, children's hand-made articles - please; even if it is necessary to knit house slippers to woman in years - without questions go to Izolda.

Many thanks were come out this family by people of our Community, how many people, who were interested by the work of our Hesed, were here, they admired by the creative of Anatoli and Yuri Shapovalov. They remain still modest. Not the star people, simply such family!
