On the 10th of April Hesed "Polina" organized Pesach Seder for the children - participants of the social program "Children's initiative", and 76 people accepted the invitation.

  The atmosphere of this festive feast felt like family celebration. The wisdom of Pesach meal was not less interesting for the adults than for the children and they charmingly tried to solve the riddles about the traditions of Jewish people. But the offspring surpassed the grown-ups; the Sunday Torah study classes for children were proved to be fruitful.

  The "reclining on cushions, as free people" was mentioned merely hypothetically, but the participants of the holiday meeting of the community responded to it with kind jokes. There was ample space, food and warmth for everyone!

  The President of the of "Mitsva" association Alexander Baron congratulated the children and their parents with the holiday. He emphasized: "The doors of our Jewish house are always open for each of you. But only if we unite, the community will live and develop with our common effort.

  Seder’s host Anna Sailyants said later: "It is hard to work with children as they instantly feel any falseness. I was worried whether the children would accept my story about Pesach with all their heart. But now I am very happy with how the holiday went: it turned out to be home-style warm and cheerful. I think that people carried our traditions away in their hearts ".

  The children themselves talked about holiday rituals, set riddles and asked questions about the culture of Jewish people. They sang songs, studied ancient names of Pesach meals with interest and looked for the hidden by adults Afikomen.

  It was not an easy task to conduct this kind of holiday for such a diverse audience but Hesed "Polina" made it success. Director Inessa Chugaynova said: "First of all, I wish you to get rid of slave within yourself so that prosperity, happiness and health would prevail in your families!"
