The program "Etgar" is the welfare program of Hesed, which allows giving social and medical assistance to children and teenagers till 16 years inclusive.

I, as the chief of the children's program try to communicate with the parents, to conduct conversations, to find out, what the child from this or that family requires.

Our program conducts constant work with a database. In the given time the correction of the questionnaire is carried out, the addresses, telephones, numbers of the documents are specified, as on them the parents receive for the child products under the program "Shop".

In the program "Etgar" actively participate volunteers. I would like especially to note Maria Frolova from Lisakovsk city and Larissa Meshaninova from Rudniy. They help in search of the new participants of the program, conduct primary acquaintance and questionnaire and also help in preparation and realization of holidays.

Children of our program with pleasure participate in measures spent by Hesed. They like psychological trainings and conversations, which are conducted by the psychologist Julia Grigorova. Such trainings are very useful, as they help children to reveal, to become more sure, to feel necessary. Also guys like musical club, where they study songs in Hebrew and Russian, devoted to the Jewish holidays.

It is necessary, that children knew the roots, studied the spiritually rich culture, they were proud of that they are Jews. Our guys with interest listen to a history of the Jewish people, stories about national holidays and traditions. The ideas and feelings children transfer on a paper with the help of paints and pencils play mini-sketches. The guys with pleasure come in Hesed on children's Shabbat, which we spend once a month. Vladimir Lyakhovetsky helps us to observe all traditions of meeting of Saturday.

Also the program DSOS works. In December, within the framework of this program the help to sharpneedy children from Kostanay, Lisakovsk and Rudniy was rendered. The clients of DSOS - are children with heavy vital situations. For example, Igor Fomenko from Kostanay, is only 1 year old, at him tragically was lost the father; and Askhat Ivashenko from Lisakovsk his mum also brings up him alone. In families of the both is a heavy material situation. The help of Hesed is very necessary to these children and we try to render it. To them and also to many other children, teenagers and requiring in the help of the qualified experts.
