The First National Contest on the Jewish Tradition "From time immemorial..." was launched on October 10. In total, 39 people participated in the quiz in Pavlodar.



At the opening ceremony the participants were congratulated by Chief Rabbi of Pavlodar Region Shmuel Karnaukh, Chairman of the Ethno-Cultural Association "Merkaz" Faina Svechinskaya, Hesed Director Tatyana Slivinskaya, a History Teacher Khana Lobchenko, and Nahum Shafer. They all wished the guys good luck and victory.



The parents' committee helped a lot to hold the first round. They ensured a good order in Hesed and processed the test results. Based on the test results the jury will announce names of the participants who were admitted to the second round
