The summer passed. It means that Children Day Center that was working everyday during the summer is finishing its work. According to our old traditions, all children gathered together before the beginning of the new academic year.

Accompanied by the Coordinator of Children Programs Yuliya Soroka and one of the mothers, Volunteer Natalya Feldman, we all went to the amusement park. Children were so happy! They played, ran, shot in the shooting gallery, rode amusement attractions, and were eating their favorite ice cream and pop corn. Pasha Rogachev and Dima Almazov were delighted to see the new fountain that had recently appeared in the park. The boys went straight to the fountain and even swam a little bit in it.

The children went back to Hesed in a great mood but there were more nice surprises for them that day. A big tasty cake was waiting for them in Hesed in honor of the closing of the summer season and the beginning of the academic year. When the holiday was over, the kids were not upset because they know that they will be coming to Hesed on weekends. Hesed is their "second home" and its doors are always open for them.

In the new academic year, the kids will be engaged in preparing for the Jewish New Year - Rosh-a-Shana. The Puppet Show, art studio, music studio, Hebrew and Jewish traditions classes will also their resume work soon.
