Rosh Hashanah is a holiday of renovation. Every person cleans the soul, gets ready for the New Year by doing good deeds, analyzing the past and thinking of the present.

This is a wonderful holiday with its tradition Tashlikh to come to a river bank with the words "May all our sins flung into the waves" and a dinner with sweet apples, honey, pomegranates, and of course, the stuffed fish. As all Jews we wished each other a happy New Year. Alexander and Diana Mutushkins were the presenters at our Rosh Hashanah party on September 10th.

We also held a New Year Shabbat. Shana tova u-metukah!
