The final seminar-training for workers of one of the basic Hesed programs "Home care" has taken place from December 2, till December, 5. “Home care” service workers from Shymkent, Taraz and Almaty took part in the seminar-training.

The leader of a seminar and the head of service "Home care" Valentine Sokolkova has noticed that for many participants this seminar-training is the first, and it has been focused on those employees who has joined this program recently. However among participants there were also those to whom such trainings-seminars not in a novelty.

«We aspire to raise qualification of our employees», Valentine Sokolkova says. «Therefore even if you hear at least one new word, it is already good».

During the seminar Valentina Sokolkova and Tatyana Chernienko discussed with group of participants the questions, concerning works of "Home care", such as rules of work (there was training on this theme), the basic problems of clients, specificity of work with various kinds of clients and their psychological portrait. The psychologist Irina Zaltsman also made trainings devoted to conflicts solving. The program of Idishkeit made by the teacher of the Jewish tradition Natalia Rynkovsky became a seminar integral part.

Sectional seminars-trainings of the program "Home care" are made within all year. This program is one of the most important Hesed program, and its workers do the hard, but very necessary for older persons work. The service purpose is to help older persons with rehabilitation, to make their life more comfortable and, probably, to return them into the Jewish community. Trainings-seminars raising qualification are to help employees to do this work.
