Heads of regional “Joint” organization Itsik Averbuh and Ilana Levi together with Rina Eidelshtein, head of communications with sponsors of “Joint” rganization have visited communal center "Rimon" and Hesed "Polina" of Almaty.

The work of programs «Day center» where each of the older persons thanked Hesed and “Joint” organization for giving a possibility to gather, communicate with old friends and to find the new was shown to the visitors. The work of largest national library of Republic Kazakhstan, library named after Morisa Simashko has also been shown to “Joint” representatives. The huge layer of the actions connected with library activity was especially underlined: carrying out of literary soirees, the project of audiobooks for visually impaired; the film fund project. Besides, work of programs «Children's initiative», the children's camp preparing for Day of the first-grader, musical and applied studios was offered to attention of our visitors. Our visitors highly appreciated achievements of children in vocal and art skill.

After the excursion the meeting of “Joint” heads with the president of Association of the Jewish organizations of Republic Kazakhstan Aleksandr Baron has taken place.

The Jewish community of a city of Almaty is always glad to welcome visitors and always glad to show our remarkable, undoubtedly worthy, achievements. We hope that dear visitors have appreciated them.
