The academic year waits for pupils. And for the future first-graders it is truly remarkable, unique event, after all «the first time in the first class» happens only once in life.

In our Jewish community such event couldn't be disregarded. All together employees of Hesed and communal center "Rimon", parental committee, and certainly, the American and Kazakhstan students participating in the program, have prepared for our small future pupils a holiday the Day of the First-grader.

The bright, colourful and remembered show has been organized for small members of our community. And they did not simply sat in auditorium, but took active part from the very beginning when multi-colored "locomotive" has carried the future first-graders on a scene. And then, fantastic characters found out how children are ready to school? Whether want to study? Certainly yes, of course, children dream of school, after all in their life it is new stage.

It is necessary to note merits of our American and Kazakhstan visitors. The dance studio has shown cheerful, noisy dance – almost everybody joined dancing on a scene. The design studio decorated a hall with balloons and garlands, doing its rather celebratory and joyful. And, at last, the musical studio has sung two songs specially composed for the holiday – a musical gift to our future first-graders, and a hymn of volunteers in which noble purposes American-Kazakhstan project were proclaimed. And to the kids-first-graders the special gifts, both from Hesed and from the American visitors have been presented.

At the students who have arrived on the program, there are some more days of active work –help to elderly, help to the communal center and Hesed, but, undoubtedly, participation in a joyful holiday of knowledge, a holiday of Day of the First-grader, will be remembered for a long time.
