7 years, «Shabbat» anniversary has celebrated one of the oldest clubs of the Jewish community of Almaty – club «Seven Forty». This club has been created at the initiative of participants, and to this day remains one of the most creative and bright. The president of Association of Jewish organizations "Mitzva" Alexander Baron in a congratulatory word noticed the merits of «Seven Forty», naming club «an ideal of communal work, brilliant of our community».

Many congratulations have sounded from representatives of other clubs. Family club "Shalom" which also celebrated anniversary recently, in the name of head Sara Dotsenko not only has wished creative successes, but also has handed over a gift – an engraving with the image of Jerusalem. This engraving, according to Sara Dotsenko, underlines that «Seven Forty» always keeps Jewish traditions. And then children from ensemble Prahim performed incendiary dances.

The poet Lyudmila Brodsky has read verses devoted to seven-year anniversary and told about unusual actions of club, such as demonstration of children's photos of participants. And, certainly, all remembered remarkable performance of club: dance of hussars and the songs composed specially by the holiday.

The leader, the invariable head of club Mila Tokar thanked all who has come to congratulate club «Seven Forty». Action was joyful, home-style cozy, and each of nearby sixty visitors felt heat and such important integrity of our Jewish community. We will congratulate the club once again and we wish at least seventy more years of successful work.
