The evening devoted to memory of Leonid Pritsker - scientist-geologist, poet and the teacher, has taken place at Almaty Hesed. Friends, colleagues, apprentices, all who respect and highly appreciate this not ordinary person came there. The first word was taken by close friend and colleague, PhD of Geology and Mineralogy Victor Tripolsky. He told about scientific and creative activity, read poems about geology, which Pritsker wrote in steppes of East Kazakhstan and cold Yakutia where he made researches of diamonds deposit.

Many verses were devoted by Leonid Pritsker to his wife, his friend and his assistant - Elena Pritsker. More than thirty years they spent together and Elena Pritsker says, these were light and happy years despite all difficulties. Her words of Leonid Pritsker were the words of sincere love and memory.

Leonid Pritsker has left a trace not only in a geological science but also he was the president of "Strength of spirit" club. His apprentice Lyudmila Drobysheva has shared her memoirs. She said that Leonid Pritsker had overtaken his time as a scientist. And his colleague on “Tonica” songwriting club Anatoly Marynkin sang some songs written on Pritsker’s verses. «He literally rushed in into our club», - Anatoly Marynkin remembers.

The memorial evening organized by the head of library named after Moris Simashko Natalia Kovalenko was full of light memoirs and kind words which the scientist, the poet and teacher Leonid Pritsker is undoubtedly worthy.
