Since July, 20th, 2011 in a city of Almaty new regional “Joint” office is opened.

The opening has taken place in friendly atmosphere and collected representatives of almost all Jewish organizations of Almaty. There were visitors from the Jerusalem office – HR-director Caroline Biran and HR area head Yulia Kudarsky. Opening ceremony has begun with the extremely important in the Jewish tradition of house warming action: specially invited rabbi Elhanan Cohen has consecrated new office of “Joint” with mezuza and blessed work, underlining importance and necessity of participation of each Jewish organization for life of Jews of Republic Kazakhstan .

Caroline Biran, whose visit to Kazakhstan was the first underlined fruitful work of the Jewish organizations, in particular the work of Hesed and communal center "Rimon" which she has visited. The head of regional “Joint” representation Ilana Levi has underlined that the organization can’t exist without Heseds and communal work.

From Association of the Jewish organizations of Kazakhstan "Mitsva" president Alexander Baron has taken a word, having congratulated "Joint" on house warming and new office and having handed over memorable gifts – including a picture made by children from our community as a symbol of achievements. «This is what for all of us exist: our children, our community, our work», Alexander Baron said. Tthe book about Republic Kazakhstan was given as a keepsake to our guests from Israel.

Everyone invited for the ceremony have congratulated employees of the organization, and have expressed hope on the further successful interaction and cooperation of the Jewish organizations of our city.
