October, 8th in Pavlodar the seminar for Hesed directors of the Republics Kazakhstan, organized by Association "Mitzva" and the Kazakhstan representation of organization "JDC" has been opened. In the first day of seminar the priorities of Hesed programs, rules of work questions of strategy of JDC work were discussed.

The president of Association of the Jewish organizations of Republic Kazakhstan Alexandr Baron opened the seminar, having noted fruitful cooperation of Heseds and JDC. The head of regional representation JDC Ilana Levi has in turn noticed that this year there was opened, separate of other regions of Central Asia, JDC representation. «Kazakhstan is strategically important for JDC", has underlined Ilana Levi.

During discussion of strategy of work ways of development of programs have been planned, various problems were discussed. Directors of Heseds asked questions and stated the offers on the further organization of interaction of the Jewish community of Republic Kazakhstan and JDC. As the analysis of the difficulties which have arisen in leaving year and errors has been carried out and ways of their decision are planned.

The lecture on features of accounting in the non-governmental noncommercial organizations has taken place. Svetlana Rudakova was a lector who in detail explained details of interaction of the noncommercial organizations according to legal norms of Republic Kazakhstan. The budget structure for 2012, rules of drawing up of the working plan and the list of staff became a theme of the first day also. The first day of a seminar has come to the end with budget formation for 2012.

On November, 9th it has been devoted at once to several themes among which it is necessary to note discussions of the present and future communal projects. At present there are three large republican projects — camp-festival «Freihele Kinder», marked in this year «Shabbat» seven-year anniversary, the project "Shoresh" which engaged in preparation of teachers on Judaism and connected with republican competition "From time immemorial". Heads of two of these projects — Irina Kozhanovsky and Tatyana Slivinsky have once again confirmed the importance of work for all Jewish community. And the head of "Shoresha" Alexander Abramovich has read special lecture about the further plans of this branch of informal Jewish formation. As in the second day were discussed essential questions of the labor legislation of Republic Kazakhstan and office-work.

At the seminar closing stage the brain storm devoted to problems of youth leadership has been spent. The participants divided into three groups, within twenty minutes discussed, than to involve children and youth that with them to do and how to develop them, and how to continue work with the learned children. For the short period Hesed directors have generated many ideas which have presented before audience.

The head of JDC regional representation Ilana Levi characterized the work of groups as «expectedly creative». In the conclusion, the president of Association of the Jewish organizations of Republic Kazakhstan Alexander Baron has thanked organizers of competition led by the director of Pavlodar Hesed Tatyana Slivinsky for perfectly well held competition and a threefold seminar. «All actions have passed at the highest level. All has been accurately planned and excellent realized», - Alexander Baron has stated.

It is the first experience of carrying out of such large seminar in a combination to the competition ending "From time immemorial" in Pavlodar. Successful realization is a merit of each of organizers abd employees of Pavlodar Hesed.
