On the threshold of 5 Republican festivals of languages of the people of Kazakhstan dated for the 20 anniversary of Independence of Republic Kazakhstan, the meeting of remarkable figures of our city, Akim assistans, creative youth, directors of schools and universities, representatives of different ethnocultural associations with the Akim Serik Beljalov has taken place. From the Jewish cultural center there were three representatives (Bychkov Victor, Bychkova Julia, Bychkova Anastasya) accompanied by the coordinator of children's programs Soroka Julia.

Children have been dressed in elegant national suits and participated official part and concert dated for the festival. Festival main objective is the realization of the Program of support of a state language in 2011-2020г.г and realization of commissions of the Head of the state about carrying out of the actions promoting the further expansion of scope of application of a state language, opened in the Message to the people of Kazakhstan from January, 28th, 2011. During the festival participants will act with theatrical plays and creative numbers. The winner will hand over a challenge cup of the winner. The cup will be stored at winners within a year then it will be transferred to the next winner. And it was very pleasant to us to take part in so important event for our city.
