March 31 - April 7 a seminar for the employees of Home care service (basic
course) was organized in Almaty. 23 people who have not participated in seminars
before came form 6 Hassadim of Kazakhstan.
Natalya Zgurskaya
was invited to deliver lectures. From the first moment she managed to engage everybody
in the studies. Constant discussions, slide-shows, and films made the lessons
fascinating and captivating. Comfortable equipped rooms contributed to fruitful
work and friendly atmosphere.
Two psychologists - Irina
Zaltsman and Natalya Dorman worked with seminar participants. Role plays helped
Home Care employees to find several ways out of problem situations that come about
in the course of their work. Psychologists were glad to know that most of the
participants were talented searching people.
 We
also must remember that Home Care employees are a connecting link between the
community and clients. Irina Kopylenko told about the importance of Shabbat for
the Jewish people.
By tradition the seminar concluded with
a round table. The participants thanked the teachers and organizers. Then they
went on talking about important issues that have not been discussed yet. No doubt,
it was not the last meeting of Home Care employees.
