I
remember the seminar when the first time Aleksandr Baron, the president
of "Mitsva" Association for told the following: "An Institute
of religious program coordinators is to be functioned in Hasadim"
and offered all the directors to take a serious approach to choosing candidates.
To take a serious approach is one pair of shoes, but to choose a proper
candidate is not an easy task. Difficulty number one - religious programs
was a totally new thing for us. Difficulty number two was age. Who is
better - an old experienced man or a young man? Who can better explain
Tradition to the community and organize work in this direction?
So, it took me a lot of time to get acquainted with a young, sociable,
and kindhearted thought hot-tempered men close enough. Having consulted
with my colleges, I offered him to try. 2 years have passed since that
time and now I can say with assurance: "We didn't make a mistake".
Our
Volodya is good at many things. He seriously studies Torah. Every seminar
for religious program coordinator is a step forward for him. On coming
back from it he always with great pleasure tells about the seminar. And
with more pleasure he tells about Rabi Shlezinger's lectures.
He enjoys all Shabbats, holidays and working days. He can take a package
and go to a heavily sick client himself, though parcels are delivered
by special people. He can take Torah, ring up a client and ask his permission
to come. He organized a club "We live in accordance with Torah".
Both adults and children like him very much.
Of course, successful work is first of all knowledge, skill, desire and
love to the activity the person involved in. And or Volodya loves his
work!
