 In Almaty finished working third, last, seminar from a cycle "Young Leadership", conducted in Kazakhstan by the American Jewish Distribution Committee "Joint".
Since the morning about sanatorium "Kazakhstan" youth began gathering - participants of exit seminars, members of youth club "Hovshi Noar". Ahead the guys had three not of simple day. The participants of a seminar were met by the representative of the Jerusalem department of "Joint" Ehud Peleg. Then the representatives of Association "Mitsva" Irina Zaltsman begin working with the guys. She has acquainted the young men and girls with principles of planning of the projects, and then offered them to try, at the beginning in the game form, to make any project. In opinion of Irina and Ehud the guys adequately have coped with the put task. The training has allowed them to answer weight of the questions which have arisen during drawing up of the project. Further for the participants of a seminar were held lectures devoted to a theme "Bases of PR in the Jewish community".
After dinner youth together with Ehud Peleg discussed the activity, which they should prepare by the next day. And scale of activity impressed - in this action should necessarily take part all having a rest in sanatorium "Kazakhstan". The guys were divided into two groups. The first team was engaged in advertising of the given measure. Into their competence entered to interest and to invite to game maximal having a rest. The second team prepared "Intellectual championship on game in ouths and crosses ".
In the evening the guys together with the lecturers met Shabbat.
The morning of the next day began with trainings directed on improvement of the communications in group. The success could not be achieved without the well adjusted communications between the participants of seminar. And the guys succeeded in everything. As this day with youth the game "Trust to the partner on a team" was conducted. The guys were divided into pairs. To one of the participants of team fastened eyes. The large premise was filled with various furniture. The participant with the fastened eyes should pass through this premise and touch an opposite wall. The second member of a team had no an opportunity to direct the partner with the help of hands, but only by words.
In the evening of the same day the young people send to the most crucial part of a seminar - they conducted the large activity for all sanatoriums. In hall of sanatorium "Kazakhstan" the clients of sanatorium gathered. Each of the participants of a measure had role. Someone met the visitors, someone was engaged in their accommodation in hall. The evening passed wonderfully.
 At once after ending of an activity, Ehud Peleg offered to youth to discuss seen and heard from the spectators. Then the young people and girl have celebrated Avdala.
All next day was devoted to lectures and practical classes on advertising. The guys again were divided into two teams and have prepared two Community projects devoted to Hanukkah.
In the evening came time of farewell. Youth together with Ehud Peleg and young leader Aleksey Danilenko celebrated the first day of Hanukkah. The guys lighted the first candle, and Ehud told about a history of a holiday Hanukkah.
