 Children Day Center is open in Hesed "Efraim" during the summer vacation. It offers such activities as drawing studio, dance and singing groups, and the Torah club.
This year kids have daily meetings with a child psychologist. She offers individual counseling and group training. The children learn to express their emotions without fear, to avoid conflicts, and communicate with other people.
Monthly series of lectures have become traditional. July was devoted to lectures about drug abuse. Each of the visitors could ask questions and express his or her opinion. At the end of the meeting the children watched a documentary about life of drug addicts, and the youngest kids watched a cartoon.
The children made friends in the center and decided to take rest in the country together. So, the heads of Hesed "Efraim" are planning to take the family club to the country.
The elder children start preparing sporting events.
